At Sonic, we've listened to our clients and evolved our sessions to meet their needs.

While gong baths can be stimulating, we've taken it a step further by creating a Dynamic Sound Experience that combines a full lineup of instruments.

This unique blend brings together loud and soft tones, textures, and essences to create a truly immersive experience.

Our Dynamic Sound Sessions offer a rich and engaging sound journey that's tailored to our clients' preferences.

By incorporating a variety of instruments, we aim to create a stimulating experience that's both energising and therapeutic.

At the end of each session, we will discuss briefly how you got on with the session.

I will also have time in the end for clients who might need to process something, where we will book you in for a one-to-one session, as this cannot be done in a group environment.
